My Illinois Valley story began in 1993 when I moved from Fort Worth, Texas, as a single mother raising four incredible children. Three of my children are proud Illinois Valley High School graduates. Over the years, the natural beauty, welcoming people, and strong sense of community have made the Illinois Valley much more than where we live. It has truly become our home.

I understand what makes communities like Cave Junction and the surrounding Illinois Valley so special. Neighbors support one another, local schools care deeply about their students, and families enjoy a genuine small-town connection that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Since 1998, I have had the privilege of helping people buy and sell homes, land, rural properties, and investment properties throughout the Illinois Valley. With more than 25 years of local real estate experience, I understand the area’s communities, neighborhoods, rural lifestyle, and unique property considerations.
